Prosci introduces Kaiya, an AI tool that accelerates change management with expert guidance and insights
Prosci has launched Kaiya, a generative AI tool designed specifically for change management.
Built for on-demand use by change practitioners and leaders, this tool utilizes Prosci's extensive library of research insights to save time, scale impact, and accelerate change.
AI's proliferation is impacting organizations globally, and research shows that strategic use of AI supports organizational success. Change practitioners see benefits in using AI for transformation.
A recent Prosci survey found that 65 percent of change practitioners believe AI will make them more successful in their roles, and 73 percent think organizations will be more successful overall with AI.
“Over the last 25+ years, we've developed the largest body of knowledge and proprietary research on change management. With generative AI, we can leverage our vast research and content base to equip leaders with an always-on expert AI assistant that accelerates change outcomes,” said Scott McAllister, chief executive officer at Prosci.
Kaiya acts as an expert change management assistant, providing real-time, plain-language access to insights and solutions for any change initiative. Trained on Prosci's 25 years of research, methodology, expertise, and change leadership, Kaiya offers expert guidance in change management.
As the only purpose-built change management AI tapping into Prosci's IP, Kaiya unlocks the power of research-based change methodology and expertise.
“Kaiya combines cutting-edge technology with Prosci's comprehensive knowledge base developed over two decades. This creates an unparalleled resource to drive efficiency and change success at scale. Kaiya provides the right answers at the right time, no matter the question,” Tim Creasey, chief innovation officer at Prosci.
Users can ask questions or request tasks, and Kaiya can build guided change blueprints, draft key change messages, customize communications for different audiences, develop resistance management tactics, and more.
Beta users have reported that Kaiya reduces change planning time by at least 50 percent, allowing change practitioners and leaders to focus more on the people side of change.
Since January 2024, early users have been testing Kaiya and report that it has revolutionized their work. Two-hour working sessions turn into ten-minute tasks with Kaiya. Now, this capability is available to all enterprise clients with the official launch of Kaiya.
