ETFs are excellent market access tools in all asset classes, but particularly so in Fixed Income, where they provide precise exposure and enhance execution. Asset owners and asset managers can make very quick adjustments to their portfolios using ETFs to achieve investment objectives.
The panelists will discuss how the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve have cited the benefits ETFs bring to trading bonds, even in difficult markets. Using valuable case studies in Canada and the United States, the panelists will examine the investment objectives underlying large block trades and dissect how the ETF ecosystem facilitated the execution.
The discussion will cover Government, Corporate and High Yield, identifying some unique advantages ETFs bring to each segment along the Yield Curve.
