Hub International bolsters services with Zavitz Insurance and Wealth acquisition
Hub International Limited, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm based in Chicago, has announced the acquisition of Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, Inc., a company specializing in group employee benefits, living benefits, life insurance services, and financial and retirement planning.
The acquisition, for which the financial terms were not disclosed, will see Zavitz Insurance and Wealth becoming part of Hub Ontario.
Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, located in London, Ontario, Canada, serves clients throughout the region and across the country, offering a wide range of services. With this acquisition, President Terry Zavitz, Vice President Justine Zavitz, and their team will join Hub Ontario.
Following the acquisition, Zavitz Insurance and Wealth will operate under the name Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, a Hub International company, strengthening Hub's employee benefits services in Ontario.
